Approach:

Major activities carried out by Bip included: ​

  • re-design and implementation of a centralized governance model for ICT & Digital projects; ​
  • methodological and operational support for Program & Project Management in relation to the Digital Transformation Program, with particular reference to indicators for measuring the results; ​
  • support in the Financial Management & Contract Management processes, with particular reference to the monitoring of the SLAs of the various suppliers involved; ​
  • mapping of the interventions within a methodological framework called "Business Capability Model" able to represent at a high level the connection and the coherence of ICT & Digital projects with the Group's strategy, as well as the priority and the impact of ICT projects on the Business.​
