BIP, Italy's third-biggest management consultancy, has made its biggest investment to date by snapping up the London-based consultancy, creating a global advisory company that employs more than 3,000 people. BIP is the third-largest operator in Italy, with only Deloitte and Accenture boasting larger operations.
