BIP Group Announce Partnership With Credo AIToday (Monday, 26 June), BIP Group have announced a partnership with Credo AI to help clients address the emerging need to govern AI solutions responsibly.
The global practice of the multinational consultancy specializing in digital offerings, launch a new version of the EasyCoop APP, the e-shopping platform of Coop Alleanza 3.0, even more accessible and immediate for online shopping.
Among the new features of this recent release, an original navigation mode stands out, called “Easy in”, which completely innovates the user experience of exploring the catalog and shopping online, allowing you to add or discard the products offered with a simple swipe.
This exclusive method of searching and selecting products to place in the cart, designed to allow ever greater ease of selecting what is necessary from the very wide assortment that EasyCoop makes available to its customers, is just one of the aspects with which the Cooperative has chosen to further perfect its online shopping tool.
The release currently downloadable from the Android and Apple stores, moreover, has also been designed to best integrate accessibility aspects and incorporates a series of measures and best practices that allow it to be fully consistent with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). In this way, it guarantees better usability by people with disabilities.
The innovations, however, are not only found in the component that users can have direct experience of, but are also deeply rooted in the technological approach adopted in the entire design process of the application, created by Bip RED, an international practice of BIP that supports companies in the innovation process and brings excellent end-to-end digital experiences to the market.
An approach that was distinguished first of all by the implementation of a single accessible code base that is the same for both the Android and Apple systems, thus producing a significant economy of scale in the customization of the two versions. And, always with an eye on efficiency and optimization, the programming underlying the user interface has been written in such a way as to anticipate the future needs of the app's evolution and thus allow the development and release of any new features, simultaneously on both operating systems.
"We are proud to collaborate with Coop Alleanza 3.0 which, through the launch of the new app for online shopping, takes a step forward in user experience and accessibility - says Daniele Gagliardi, CEO of Bitbull, part of Bip RED -. Our commitment is aimed at exploring new technological horizons to obtain engaging, innovative and, above all, inclusive experiences". Gian Maria Gentile, General Manager of Digitail (the company that manages the EasyCoop commercial brand) stated in this regard: "This new version of our App is not only cutting-edge in terms of user experience and underlying technology. The effort we made in its implementation was also to make it increasingly closer to the ways in which the Cooperative presents itself to the public in the various sales channels and with the different communication tools".
