Biography
Marco Mazzucchelli is Managing Partner Corporate Finance & Strategy, and joined BIP in 2024 with the role of Head of Private Equity after more than 30 years in consulting and private equity. He has extensive corporate finance experience, having led over 400 M&A and capital agenda transactions, and strong expertise in strategy, value creation, business transformation and IPO readiness. At BIP, he leads services for investment funds and portfolio companies, focusing on due diligence, shared value creation and investment thesis execution, combining strategic and financial capabilities with BIP’s technology, ESG, human capital and risk management expertise. Previously, he held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte and EY, overseeing teams in Italy, the Mediterranean region and EMEIA.
