Biography
Marco Sciarmella is Head of Transformation 4.0 at BIP, where he has worked since 2003. His career spans civil engineering, HR development and the management of large transformation projects. He has led Operations digitalization as Director of BIP’s Operations 4.0 Centre of Excellence. He coordinates a multidisciplinary team, supporting clients in implementing BIM, Digital Twin, PLM, IoT, AI and Augmented Reality solutions. His work focuses on integrating new digital methodologies into business processes, defining clear strategic visions and ensuring the success of digital transformation and process reengineering initiatives.
