Biography
Martino De Marco is Equity Partner at BIP and Head & Co-Founder of BIP xTech, where he leads a high-impact team driving innovation in AI, Cloud, Data and advanced technologies. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s in IT from CEFRIEL, he began his career in research on early broadband and Italy’s first internet infrastructure, later co-founding ICT Consulting S.p.A. Since joining BIP in 2013, he has shaped and scaled the Technology practice, developing deep expertise in Data Science, Cloud Engineering and Automation. At BIP, he steers BIP xTech to enable strategic, results-driven digital transformation for its clients and oversees complex programs while building partnerships with technology providers and universities to deliver measurable business value.
