Throughout his career, he has led large-scale industrial transformation programs, leveraging innovative technologies and driving sustainable evolution for leading players in the financial sector. He has developed deep expertise in designing and transforming commercial operating models, contributing to enhanced processes, efficiency, and competitiveness within the organizations he has advised. He has been a Partner at BIP for more than 15 years, playing an active role in developing the Italian practice and supporting the firm’s international expansion, contributing to the growth of the consultancy group across global markets.
